The key card and TV were great amenities, and the bathroom was spotless.

we had a comfortable stay in newmarket really close to centre, and horse racing museum. they provided us with an electronic key card, a multi-channel television and a dining area, loved that. there was a bathtub in the private bathroom.

We spent one night at this place and it was fantastic, we loved the location which was wonderful and very close to a performing arts theater, just a 4-6 minute walk away.

This luxury flat in central Newmarket is the ideal place to stay. With its great location, we didn't even need to go out for dinner as everything we needed was right here. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-appointed, providing all the comforts of home. The hosts, Angela and Steve, were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and easy trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome hamper and the Christmas tree, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The ongoing building work in the communal areas, which caused some inconvenience.

Absolutely perfect, great setting really close to shops, pubs, cafes as well as railway station and horse racing museum. For dinner go to Pizza Express, situated minutes away from the apartment.

The apartment was modern, comfortable, and spotless. The facilities were excellent and felt like a home away from home. The welcome basket and milk in the fridge were a generous touch. The location was great, with only a 5-minute walk to the center and plenty of nearby pubs and takeaways.

There was ongoing building work in the communal areas, which was noisy and dusty, starting from 8am. The fire regulations were concerning, with fire doors propped open and door self closures removed.

This flat is absolutely mind-blowing! It has everything you could ever need and is super luxurious. The modern and clean design is jaw-dropping, and the bed is so comfortable. The living area is amazing, equipped with a smart TV and sound bar. I loved the personal touch of the biscuits and drinks provided. I'm even taking notes on the decor for my own redecoration plans. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will 100% be back soon.

The apartment was neat, clean, and well equipped, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts were great in communicating with me and providing all the necessary information. I wished the cleaning products used were more eco-friendly, as the hand soap and washing up liquid were a bit harsh on my skin.
